2. Registration in virtual mailbox (casillero virtual)

  1. Go to: https://registro.propiedadintelectual.gob.ec/casilleros/

  2. Fill in the data requested in the CASILLERO VIRTUAL (In the field: Documento, if you are a natural person, enter your data with your identity card number or passport, and if you are a legal entity, enter the data with the RUC or RIMPE of the company or legal entity)

  3. A link, username and password will be sent to your email.

  4. Click on the link, log in with the username (usuario) and password (contraseña) that appears in the email. It will ask you to change the password, enter the new password, finish by clicking in Guardar.

  5. Go to: https://registro.propiedadintelectual.gob.ec/casilleros/index.php/owner/login/login

    with your username (identity document number or passport) and the new password.

* The username and password will be used to Login (Iniciar Sesión: Mi Casillero Virtual) and online applications (Solicitudes en línea) in the SENADI website.
